1. 14-Day Return Window

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 to 14 days of receiving your package.

2. Eligible Conditions for Return

Since the wigs are standard/ready-to-wear, returns are accepted as long as strict hygiene and product integrity requirements are met:

Lace Intact: The HD lace must be completely uncut, untrimmed, untinted, and in factory condition.

Unworn & Unaltered: The unit must be 100% unworn, unbrushed, unwashed, and un-styled.

Original Packaging: The wig must be returned with all original tags, hair bands, net packaging, and included accessories intact and undamaged.

3. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Conditions

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, any unit where the lace has been cut, modified, or worn is strictly non-refundable and ineligible for return.

4. Return Shipping & Processing

Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via a trackable/signed-for postal service (unless the item received was incorrect or defective).

Inspection: All returned items undergo quality control inspection upon arrival before a refund or exchange is issued within 14 working days.

Available Lengths: 14" to 32".

Available Textures: * Straight: Ultra-sleek and silky finish with high shine. Best styled bone-straight, or with soft/wand curls.

Body Wave: Classic S-pattern with luscious body and natural volume.

Deep Wave: Tight, defined deep curves with maximum density. Great for a wet-and-go look.

Burmese Curls: Raw, exotic spiral curls with full-bodied texture.
